ATV CORP. PROWLER SELECTED BY HIENERGY TECHNOLOGIES 
FOR SUPERSENZOR LANDMINE DETECTION SYSTEM 


IRVINE, CA, JUNE 10, 2003 - HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. has selected the ATV Corporation's Prowler RTV (Rugged Terrain Vehicle) as the platform for its remote controlled Explosive Detection System.

HiEnergy currently has a test contract with the U.S. Army's Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) to use the SuperSenzor to detect antitank mines. HiEnergy uses Fast Neutron Technology to identify the chemical structure of suspected explosive devices rather than merely physical shape or density which can lead to false identification.

The Prowler is designed to be easily adaptable to a wide range of tactical and mission support requirements.  It is considered the premier Special Operations light tactical platform, noted for its singular combination of speed, range, agility, stability and endurance.
