ATV CORP. PROWLER SELECTED BY NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION  
FOR ADVANCED SEAL DELIVERY SYSTEM (ASDS) PROGRAM



ANNAPOLIS, MD, June 28, 2003 – Northrop Grumman Corporation Oceanic Systems has selected the ATV Corporation's Prowler RTV (Rugged Terrain Vehicle) as the land insertion platform for the Advanced SEAL Delivery System (ASDS) Program.

ASDS, a top priority for SOCOM, will significantly enhance the Naval Special Warfare component's ability to accomplish surgical, direct action missions. 

The Prowler is designed to be easily adaptable to a wide range of tactical and mission support requirements.  It is considered the premier Special Operations light tactical platform, noted for its singular combination of speed, range, agility, stability and endurance.
